Once earned, activating a 'Shield' allows you to bypass a random QA assessment. Instead, it initiates a penalty-free QA review conducted by a team member.
This unique method ensures that any non-compliance identified during this specific 'Shield'-activated review will not result in a QA penalty, provided it falls within established compliance standards. This proactive approach offers a valuable opportunity to refine your skills and proactively address areas for improvement without adverse consequences.
Furthermore, for those who qualify for more than one 'Shield', there's an additional strategic benefit. Suppose you activate one 'Shield' for a personal peer-review QA while already 'shielded' from a potential penalty. In that case, you have the option to gift another earned 'Shield' to initiate an additional review from a colleague. This is particularly advantageous given that random QA assessments can occur up to three times per month/folio. Therefore, the process for using a gifted 'Shield' remains consistent.
A special consideration applies to Tier 3-4 individuals: If you exchange a 'Cryo', you will receive a passing QA for the month, as a single 'Cryo' exchange effectively cancels out any monthly QA penalties. Instead of a penalty, you will receive personalized coaching notes and a one-on-one session as needed. This developmental support operates in what we term 'stealth mode,' appearing as 'ghost mode' on all live dashboards, ensuring a focus on growth without public visibility of the adjustment.

Consistency is Key! New Badges are awarded only for flawless, consecutive months, with a minimum requirement of two months. Fail to meet all criteria within a month, and your streak resets – no badge will be earned for that period.

Numbered Badges Explained: Premium VS Task Lists and Proficiencies

Both of the above categories are essential, but agents must achieve both to become a blueprint agent and earn tax-free cash and related perks. Important Note: Playbook Live is not Agency Zoom Contingent. If an agent is at goal in Agency Zoom, they are earning bonuses via sales. When an agent demonstrates well-rounded skills with follow-ups, policy saves, and efficient quality scores, and excels during both the pre- and post-binding processes, they become eligible for cash bonuses and perks that exceed their base pay and earnings associated with commissions.

The badge icon represents the badges earned on the Playbook Live Dashboard.

The first number in the badge column indicates the total number of Tier Badges earned by each agent. This number is separate from the count of months an agent has achieved their premium goal.

The second number indicates the number of consecutive months an agent has achieved both their Premium Goal and Task List Requirements for each folio.

Numbered Badge Facts:

When an agent's consecutive premium goal status starts, the second line number in the badge column will appear.

When an agent fails to meet their consecutive premium goal, the second line number will no longer be visible.

Examples:

2🎖️: Tier Two Status — "Two consecutive months of minimum required consecutive earnings." This example shows an agent who achieved the minimum required premium goal and task performance metrics for two consecutive months to earn Tier 2 status, but no badges have been awarded or earned.

6/2🎖️: Tier Three Status — "Six badges within three months of minimum required consecutive earnings" — This example shows an agent who earned six badges to qualify for Tier 3 status and meet the minimum required premium goal and task performance metrics for 2 months consecutively.

8/3🎖️: Tier Four Status — "Eight badges with four months of minimum required consecutive earnings." This example shows an agent who earned eight badges to qualify for Tier 4 status and meet the minimum required premium goal and task list performance metrics for four months consecutively.
If a badge icon is present without any accompanying numbers, it indicates that the agent has not yet achieved their performance goal for two consecutive months with sustained results. Although certain badges may have been earned by this point, agents must meet their performance quotas for badges to be displayed on the dashboard. The first number can range from 1 to 11, representing the total number of badges available to earn, while the second number ranges from 1 to 12, indicating the number of months / folios within the year.
Tier Demotions

Tier 2 Demotions: Fail to meet goal for 2 months in a row to lose Tier 2 status and return to perk free training.
